Hrithik’s bad time makes Shahid Kapoor lucky. It was before that Hrithik was about to dance with pop star Shakira for birthday bash of industrialist KP Singh in Udaipur. Hrithik is facing some disc problem nowadays so he has step out from the program.

Hrithik’s decision has put everyone in shock now, because he feels like he can’t stand on stage and perform for a long time.

“The contract required him to dance. If it had required him to go onto the stage for a brief while or do a small skit, he would have done it. But they wanted a full-fledged performance from him. He ultimately had to say no to them,”says the source.

Now they are pitching in for Shahid Kapoor and it seems like even Shahid can’t make it.

“Shakira wanted to shake a leg with an Indian actor, and that is why this mad scramble to get somebody on board. But it seems it is not possible to get a male actor on the stage.. we will manage something for sure,” says a close source.
